Copy of FAVN ResultsRabies Certificate must include Microchip Number, Vaccine Name, Manufacturer, Lot Number, Expiration Date and be signed in ink by the VetCOMPLETED
Please make an appointment by August 30th , 2026 for their USDA Health Certificate Exam. We will complete most of it prior to the exam, attach our payment account, and send it to your Vet in the VEHCS system prior to the appointment. That way, after the appointment, your Vet will only need to complete a few checkboxes then submit it to the USDA for endorsement.

Day of Transport

Tuesday, September 15th, 2026Please pull Hugin's food around 10 am and limit water intake. This will help him feel more comfortable (and clean) during the flight. It is also a precaution to ward off any health issues from trying to "hold it" for too long. We will offer fresh, filtered water and food during the trip.Items To Bring For Transport

- Carriers
- Sealed, Ziptop bag of dry food (half of a quart size should be more than enough).
- (Optional) Small favorite toy and/or (very) small blanket or piece of cloth, something that smells like home. Helps with stress.
- (Optional) Small Ziptop bag of treats, clearly labeled with name.We will meet at 2:30 pm at BOS - Terminal E - Arrivals - Level 1, Inside Door #104 by Dunkin'

Please note we will be meeting at Baggage Claim. It is typically quieter and easier to find each other than at arrivals.Prior to pick-up, I will send a Life360 Code where you will be able to GPS track us for the trip Sometimes it doesn't work while we are in flight, for that, I have added a link to a flight tracking page below. I will also send text and picture updates along the way.

If Wi-Fi is available on the flight, I will be able to communicate during the flight. I will send updates as soon as I know about them with any delays and with approximate times of arrival, so the person meeting for delivery will have the most accurate time of arrival for us.

Arrival at CPH

We will meet at the arrivals area of CPH, Terminal 2. Everyone will have gone through inspection at MAD, so there should be no issues bringing the into CPH, though we will stop by the customs declaration office on our way out to be sure.
